Donation/Fee Refund Policy

Jamiatul Falah is instituting a donation/fee refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations/fees as digital payments are becoming more frequent. Jamiatul Falah expects that all donors/depositors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations/fees. Jamiatul Falah also recognises that a donation/fee may be made erroneously or donors/depositors may change their mind.

Jamiatul Falah will examine each request for refund of donation/fee and endeavour to make the refund. Jamiatul Falah India may also seek further information / documents and donor/depositor must cooperate in this regard.

However, Jamiatul Falah is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations/fees, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued as in the case of donations.

If you would like your donation/fee to Jamiatul Falah to be refunded,

You must request Jamiatul Falah in writing or by email([email protected]) for a refund and your request must reach Jamiatul Falah within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which you made the donation/fee i.e. the date on which you:

Made the donation/fee online, electronically or through other means, OR
Handed over the cheque / demand draft to Jamiatul Falah or someone authorised by Jamiatul Falah for this purpose, OR

Despatched the cheque / demand draft to Jamiatul Falah by other means. The written request stating reason for requesting refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the following details pertaining to the donation/fee: Date of donation/fee deposit and

Donation/fee amount

• If donation/fee was made through cheque/draft, please provide Cheque/Draft no.
• If donation/fee was made through credit card, please provide Credit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
• If donation/fee was made online, please provide Donation/fee-ID / online transaction reference number / ID.
